Care Instructions

To keep your Sevoza piece soft and lovely for years:

Spot clean gently with a damp cloth and a little mild soap.
Let it air dry naturally; do not tumble dry or iron.
Gently brush plush fibers with your hand to restore their fluffiness.
Keep away from direct heat and long exposure to strong sunlight to protect the colors.
For bags with vegan leather details, avoid contact with oils, perfumes and alcohol-based products.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Sevoza ships almost everywhere including the US, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan, and across Asia and the Middle East. Available shipping options for your country are shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and link. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't worry — international parcels sometimes rest between scans. Still unsure? Message us anytime and we'll check on your little friend for you.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Never — and we mean it. The price you see at checkout is the final price you'll ever pay. We cover all customs duties, import taxes, and border fees on every single order, worldwide — so your parcel arrives at your door with nothing left to pay. No customs bills, no courier fees, no surprises. For our EU friends: VAT is already included in your checkout price. And in the rare case a local carrier ever asks you for a fee by mistake, just send us the receipt — we'll refund every cent, immediately. You order the cute, we handle the boring
